Directions: From Exeter.
Take A38 towards Plymouth, then left fork onto A380 towards Torquay. Leave A380 at the Ware Barton turn onto A381 (signed for Teignmouth & Newton Abbot Racecourse). At bottom of slip road, take first left off roundabout A381 Teignmouth, for approx 1 mile. Ignoring first left for Bishopsteignton, continue to car sales centre on left (Tudor style building) and turn left here into Cockhaven Road. Take third turn left into Bishops Avenue. 26 can be found about 300 yards on left at the top of the hill as you round a right bend.
