What is an Attunement?
This gentle but powerful healing technique  is transmitted through the body’s Chakra system by the Reiki Master to the student.

Reiki Level 1, is complete in itself. Those seeking a deeper experience, progress to  Level 2.

Reiki Level 1

At the conclusion of this two day Reiki Level 1 Workshop students will:-

• Have an understanding of basic Human Anatomy & Physiology as it is applicable to the practice of Reiki.
• Have a basic understanding of Reiki Universal Life Energy.
• Have an awareness of the history of Reiki under the Usui system.
• Have an awareness of the practice of meditation and its relationship to Reiki.
• Have carried out a full self-treatment.
• Have given Reiki to at least one other person.
• Have been attuned to Reiki at Level 1 by a recognised Reiki Master-Teacher.

Reiki Level 2

At the conclusion of this two day Reiki Level 2 Workshop, students will:-

• Have refreshed and demonstrated the skills and abilities from Reiki Level 1.
• Have an understanding of Reiki Universal Life Energy.
• Have deepened their knowledge of the history of Reiki under the Usui system.
• Have completed a full treatment on at least one fellow student and received feedback
• Have completed at least one distant healing treatment.
• Have learned the Symbols and Mantras applicable to Reiki level 2, (Practitioner).
• have b een attuned to Reiki at Level 2 by a recognised Reiki Master-Teacher.
• Be aware of Professional Body membership and Practitioner Insurance.
• Be aware of how to set up and run a Reiki Practice.

Reiki 2 Course August 2008

Reiki Master & Master Teacher

The Degree of Reiki Master and Reiki Master-Teacher are two separate courses. Training in the former is of three days duration, and the latter two further days. If combined, some students are able to complete the Master-teacher degree in four days.

It is not proposed to give full details here, suffice to say, we will only consider students for training to Master and Master-teacher who have gained considerable experience as a Reiki Practitioner, say three years. Such students who wish to undertake the responsibility of Reiki Master will be expected to have a deep understanding of the practice of Reiki and be prepared to commit fully.
